By confirming a reservation at La Villa Residence, the guest agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Reservations are confirmed subject to availability and the applicable rate at the time of booking.
All prices are expressed in euros and include all applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
La Villa Residence reserves the right to amend prices and conditions in the case of special offers, seasonal packages or promotional arrangements.
Payment, deposit and cancellation conditions depend on the selected rate or package and are clearly stated at the time of reservation.
Unless otherwise stated, reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival, with a full refund of the amount paid.
In the event of cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival, the amount paid is non-refundable.
In the event of a no-show or early departure, the conditions of the reserved rate shall apply.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.
Check-out is until 11:00 AM.
La Villa Residence is intended exclusively for guests aged 18 and above.
La Villa Residence reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be published on the official website.

In the unlikely event that La Villa Residence is unable to honour a confirmed reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be informed as soon as possible. A full refund of any payments made will be provided or, where possible, alternative accommodation options will be offered.
Reservations cancelled up to 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival, the amount paid is non-refundable.
